I've listened to all kinds of audio coaching, not just chiropractic stuff but things like Tony Robbins, and all of that stuff usually is great motivationally but a lot of the time the action steps to get the results are missing from the program. I once heard a story about a country in Africa that was experiencing a famine due to a drought and contaminated soil so a charity organization raised a bunch of money and delivered rice seeds to said country.
