  1. Behavioral Assessment Instruments – Normally $175

    1. Team building success report – In just 10 minutes you can complete a Style Analysis Response form and begin a process of self-understanding that will benefit you both personally and professionally. This comprehensive 6 page report will help you discover your behavioral strengths and weaknesses. You will understand why you feel the "connection" with some patients and not with others and more importantly what to do about it when you don't. You will learn how to open the door of communication while building and maintaining relationships and how to stop ruining relationships by offending others. You then have the opportunity to run these similar tests with your staff and you and I can lead your highly effective team towards achieving all of your goals.

    2. Motivation Report – This six page report helps us understand why we do what we do. As we learn what inspires, motivates and moves us into action we clearly see how our performance both on and off the job are profoundly affected. With this understanding, we tailor make our coaching to your personalized needs. This helps keep you passionate about what you are doing in your personal and professional life. You then have the opportunity to run these tests on your staff and better understand how to motivate and inspire each member of your team.

  2. 60 minute "de-briefing" with Theresa Carro our Behavioral Assessment Instruments Specialist – Normally $150. This fun and extremely informative session helps you understand and apply the above tests to your life and your practice, while giving Dr. Rosen invaluable information for the best possible coaching.

    Learn to apply the platinum rule to all of your relationships: "Do unto others as they would have you do unto them."

  3. Sixty minute SPECIAL consultation with Dr. Rosen – Normally $565

    1. Practice Analysis – Dr. Rosen will review your questionnaires, statistics and forms from your initial set up packet and make appropriate recommendations.
    2. Review Behavioral Analysis Instruments Debriefing – Dr. Rosen will review the importance and functionality of the behavioral reports.
    3. Goal setting – Together with Dr. Rosen you will review your present situation, set appropriate goals and clarify exactly what you need to do to attract and attain the practice of your dreams.
