Part of our initial set up fee covers two very profound Behavioral Assessment Instruments.

The first instrument we run is called the Managing for Success D.I.S.C. report. In just 10 minutes you can complete a Style Analysis Response form and begin a process of self-understanding that will benefit you both personally and professionally. This comprehensive 24 page report will help you discover your behavioral strengths and weaknesses. You will understand why you feel the "connection" with some patients and not with others and more importantly what to do about it when you don't. You will learn how to open the door of communication while building and maintaining relationships and how to stop ruining relationships by offending others.

The second instrument we run is the Personal Interests, Attitudes and Values Report. Again in just minutes you can complete a questionnaire and receive an 11 page report that helps you understand why you do what you do. As you learn what inspires, motivates and moves you into action you clearly see how your performance both on and off the job are profoundly affected. With this understanding, I tailor make my coaching to your personalized needs. This helps keep you passionate about what you are doing in your personal and professional life.

Not only do you receive these tremendous reports, but you have a detailed 60-90 minute "de-briefing" session with our Behavioral Analysis Specialist as well as a special coaching session with me where we help bring it all to life.
