Theresa Carrao
Theresa Carrao is the founder and President of Rexi Coaching, LLC (www.rexicoaching.com) - a national consulting business specializing in using D.I.S.C. to improve communication in professional relationships of all types. Theresa is a certified D.I.S.C. Behavioral Analyst, and has been using D.I.S.C. as a business and coaching tool since 2004. As the office manager and patient coordinator for a thriving chiropractic practice, Theresa has implemented D.I.S.C. in her daily regimen, increasing customer retention and helping to expand the practice. Theresa brings this depth of the chiropractic industry to her coaching work, while also employing D.I.S.C. principles in many other disciplines as well, including sales, marketing, and hiring.
Theresa has a unique global perspective, having lived for four years in Paris, France. She was also the national meeting coordinator for a well-known author and speaker, managing large teams throughout the country. Theresa's knowledge of D.I.S.C., coupled with her upbeat, energetic style and enthusiastic attitude have consistently earned her repeat customers, the hallmark of a successful businessperson.
