Give a great deal of thought to every thought, word, deed and action in your life and your practice. Study every interaction you have with your patients and your staff. Give thought to your staff meetings and your "daily moments" with your staff. Study your consultation/examination, report of findings, daily interactions, re-evals and re-reports. Practice dealing with the difficult questions and difficult patients. Consider taking the L.A.A.S.R. Your Communications and be Brilliant at the Basics Course. Get congruent with and become and expert in every interaction you have. Then… Just Do It!
