A part of us must die if we are going to become who we really are. We must let go of who we are not to step into who we will become. Consider examining every thought, word, deed and action in every aspect of your life. As we go through the "ages and stages" we change inside. Let your insides match your outsides and strive for congruency. We delve deep into these concepts in our L.A.A.S.R.
